Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and buying groups. Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and new business development. Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets; conduct regular performance reviews. Manage promotions, pricing, and ensure effective in-store execution. Oversee stock management, credit processes, and financial controls. Lead, coach, and manage sales representatives and agents. Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and insights. Ensure effective territory management and field operations. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor competitor activity. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, including management of sample and free stock budgets Minimum Requirements & Skills: Matric (Grade 12), relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous. 3–4 years’ experience in an FMCG environment. Proven experience managing sales teams and agents. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Computer literacy with solid financial and reporting capabilities. Excellent organisational, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.
