An exciting opportunity is available for a Warranty Manager within a fast-paced retail and distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end warranty and return merchandise (RMA) process• Handle supplier claims, repairs, replacements, and credit note recovery• Monitor and reconcile defective, repaired, and replacement stock• Ensure accurate inventory processing and ERP system updates• Maintain SLA compliance and reduce warranty-related losses• Compile and present warranty and stock reports to management• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams• Investigate trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce stock shrinkage Minimum Requirements: • Graduate – BComm or BBA qualification• 1+ years’ experience within inventory control, distribution, or warehouse environments• Strong ERP systems exposure• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel• Strong analytical and reporting skills• Excellent communication and supplier management abilities• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Key Skills: • Inventory control• Warranty administration• Supplier relationship management• Reporting and analysis• Process management• Attention to detail• Multitasking and time management
