Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve outages. Security Management: Implement and manage network security measures. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes. Collaboration: Work with network architects and other IT staff to optimize network performance. Product Knowledge Cisco Meraki & Catalyst Fortinet Huawei Enterprise Networking Skills Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Attention to Detail: Ensure network reliability and security through meticulous attention to detail. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical concepts clearly. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+. Experience Professional Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
