Our client is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive the people agenda across multiple regions. This role requires a strong, hands‑on HRBP with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally, with extensive travel required. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align Human Capital strategy with business objectives Drive performance management, talent management, and succession planning Lead culture, engagement, and transformation initiatives Provide expert Labour Relations support Deliver HC analytics and insights to inform decision‑making Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning Coach and support line managers across the full employee lifecycle Minimum Requirements Relevant Human Capital / HR qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HRBP Proven experience in the Financial Services industry Strong Labour Relations and performance management expertise Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel extensively Key Competencies Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to work independently and under pressure High level of resilience, adaptability, and delivery focus Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
