Job Description: Take ownership of the group consolidation process across a portfolio of local and international entitiesProduce and review monthly management reports, as well as quarterly forecasts and annual budgetsLead the year-end financial reporting cycle and manage the group audit process end-to-endOversee month-end reviews, ensuring accuracy across income statements and balance sheetsMonitor and manage working capital, cash flow visibility, and payment processes across entitiesStrengthen and maintain the groups financial control environmentDrive improvements through automation and standardisation of finance processes and controlsEnsure accurate tax reporting and compliance with all relevant statutory requirementsAct as the key owner of financial systems, including enhancements and process optimisationCoordinate audit requirements and deliverables with external auditorsCollaborate with business units to identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead and develop finance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output and performance Skills & Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior financial management roleStrong background in group consolidations, reporting, and audit coordinationIn-depth knowledge of financial controls, governance, and risk frameworksDemonstrated ability to improve processes and implement systems enhancementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholdersCapable of working independently while managing multiple entities and priorities Qualification: BCom Degree or equivalentCA(SA) designation preferred For more information connect with us on
