Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and manage the line operations team to achieve targets in safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, cost, and engagement.Coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Equipment Owners through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management.Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to strengthen team capability.Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Operational & System OwnershipOwn and drive the effectiveness of Daily Line Meetings (DLMs) and Weekly Line Reviews.Ensure KPI tracking, action follow-up, and disciplined meeting execution.Ensure the development, implementation, and compliance of CILs and centrelines.Lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) implementation and drive progression through TPM step methodologies.Ensure sanitation standards, MSS compliance, and corrective action closure.Conduct regular system health checks and ensure operational standards are sustained.Decision-Making & Continuous ImprovementAnalyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement corrective action plans to close performance gaps.Coordinate labour and resource priorities with maintenance and operations teams.Escalate unresolved operational issues through appropriate leadership channels.Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Meeting LeadershipDailyLead Daily Line Meetings (DLMs).Align priorities with maintenance and supervisory teams.Coach equipment owners on safety, quality, and technical skills.WeeklyLead line performance reviews.Review KPIs, identify losses, and implement corrective actions.Monthly / QuarterlyIdentify priority losses and improvement opportunities.Lead cross-functional action planning sessions.Conduct one-on-one meetings with supervisors.Review system health and operational effectiveness.Safety and Quality complianceMinimum RequirementsBachelorâs degree in business, Supply Chain, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.+4 yearsâ experience in a Production Supervisor, Process Owner, or Maintenance Owner role within the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and local manufacturing regulations.Experience with production scheduling, throughput optimization, run rates, and changeovers.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.Business Acumen and KPI ManagementCost Control and Loss AnalysisTPM Fundamentals (AM, PM, FI)Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting (up to 25kg).Ability to work in high-noise manufacturing environments.Comfortable working in varying temperature and humidity conditions. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
