Job Description As an inbound Senior Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, handling incoming inquiries and converting leads into customers. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. While primarily focused on inbound sales, there may be opportunities for outbound initiatives as well. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales inquiries (calls, email, digital platforms) promptly and professionally. Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements. Present tailored solutions aligned to client needs. Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and follow-ups. Build strong rapport and trust with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams (support, onboarding, accounts) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Identify, upsell or cross-sell opportunities where relevant. Contribute to outbound initiatives when required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly revenue target achievement. Conversion rate (inbound lead to closed deal). Pipeline management and activity levels. Average deal size. Response time to inbound leads. Customer experience and professionalism.
