Facilitate internal disciplinary procedures and manage consultant accountability. Oversee consultant leave, workload allocation, and client assignments. Conduct internal training sessions and performance reflections. Manage escalated client issues and provide expert HR/IR advice. Draft and implement internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Core Competencies: Proven leadership and people management ability. Deep understanding of HR/IR frameworks and legal compliance. Strong communication, delegation, and mentoring skills.
