You will work closely with sales, partnerships, growth, data and creative teams to ensure every major content asset has a clear commercial purpose.The media and advertising landscape is changing rapidly. AI is compressing traditional creative production, audiences are shifting behaviour, and businesses increasingly care about outcomes rather than activity. We are building for that future.What You Will OwnBuild and lead the content to revenue strategy across web, social, SEO, email and creator channelsTurn website traffic into enquiries, leads, affiliate clicks, sponsor value and email subscribersTurn social reach into owned audience, vendor demand, partnerships and measurable revenueDevelop commercial content packages for venues, vendors, sponsors, tourism boards, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, travel and luxury brandsLead content pillars including destination wedding guides, luxury venue features, real weddings, bridal fashion, beauty, jewellery, honeymoon and cultural weddingsUse AI tools to improve content production, repurposing, briefing, tagging and reporting workflowsWork with CRM and data teams to capture first party audience data including wedding date, destination, budget, guest count and vendor needsManage freelancers, creators, editors and production partnersTrack performance and make decisions based on revenue, not vanity metricsWhat Success Looks LikeYou will be measured on:Email capture rate from web and socialConcierge enquiries from contentVendor leads from contentSponsored content revenueAffiliate revenueNewsletter sponsorship revenueEvent registrations from contentConversion from content to enquiryBrand quality and consistencyWe do not reward content volume for its own sake.
