Knowledge in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or DMS reporting tools advantageous, not required as this is a Internship Excellent communication for user support, training, and documentation. Knowledge of process mapping and basic IT support principles. Customer-service oriented, with ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
