We’re looking for a Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and growth. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be building, maintaining, and optimising the systems that power our marketing, sales, and customer journeys. Role Overview The Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist will manage CambriLearn’s martech stack, ensuring our platforms are integrated, automated, and delivering clean, actionable data. You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless lead flow, efficient tracking, and reliable reporting. This is not a managerial role; we need a doer who can dive into the tools, fix problems, and build smart systems that scale. Key Responsibilities Systems & Platforms: Manage and optimise ActiveCampaign for automations, email workflows, and lead nurturing. Maintain and support Salesforce for CRM integrity, lead flow, and reporting. Configure and manage automation workflows using Zapier and other integration tools. Automation & Data: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce dashboards). Implement and maintain marketing attribution and lead scoring models. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data hygiene across systems. Regularly test, QA, and document workflows, ensuring processes are scalable and reliable. Partner with the marketing and sales teams to scope automation needs and deliver solutions. Provide technical support for campaigns (integrations, tagging, landing pages, lead flows). Train and upskill team members on systems and tools where required. What We're Looking For 4–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, automation, or marketing systems roles. Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) and building integrations between systems. Working knowledge of Webflow (or strong HTML/CSS/JS experience with ability to adapt quickly). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.). Strong data and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar). Comfort troubleshooting and solving technical problems quickly. Nice to Have A problem solver who enjoys getting into the details and figuring out how systems connect. Someone who takes pride in clean data and smooth processes. Comfortable working across teams to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
