We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own and scale the revenue performance for a fast-growing, science‑led wellness brand, both locally and internationally. It is a hands‑on, commercially accountable position for a "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" strategist who is obsessed with conversion rates, data‑driven insights, and frictionless customer experiences. Mission: What You Will Own Commercial Growth: Own the ecommerce revenue target, forecasting, and performance reporting. Drive growth across conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention. Platform Mastery: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront , including UX, merchandising, navigation, and mobile optimisation. International Expansion: Play a key role in launching the brand into new global markets, shaping decisions on localisation, currency, and logistics. Performance Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise landing pages and offer strategies that support paid media and campaigns. Data & Analytics: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to translate raw data into actionable growth recommendations. Partner Management: Manage external agencies and technical partners to ensure high‑quality delivery on site improvements and timelines. Required Experience & Profile Background: 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital commerce. Shopify Expertise: Proven track record of driving revenue growth specifically on the Shopify platform . Analytical Skills: Solid data capability, including Google Analytics (GA4) and performance measurement. Optimization Focus: Deep experience with CRO, merchandising, and promotional strategy .
