What youll be doing: Building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests using Playwright Writing API-level tests for backend services Embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Investigating and resolving test failures and regressions Supporting release readiness and improving product quality Collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and support Tech Stack: Playwright (TypeScript) React Laravel / PHP REST APIs PostgreSQL Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, Postman What theyre looking for: 24 years experience in test automation Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks Strong understanding of API testing Exposure to CI/CD pipelines Someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality Nice-to-have: Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated environments SQL knowledge Exposure to performance or accessibility testing Fully remote role for candidates based in South AfricaWork with an established UK-based software company Competative Market Related Salary 25 days leave per annum
