Requirements National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (NQF 6). Trade Test qualification (Qualified Artisan). 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong PLC and robotics experience. Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/MES systems). Responsibilities Perform reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on production machinery. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring breakdowns. Maintain and program PLCs and robotic systems. Ensure all maintenance tasks are properly recorded and closed. Support production teams with electrical and technical expertise. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Assist in controlling maintenance costs and reducing waste.
