POSITION: Financial Manager CA (SA) LOCATION: Midrand Job Purpose The Financial Manager will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong post-articles experience and expertise in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Compliance & Governance Manage internal controls and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Cash Flow & Treasury Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Manage banking relationships and optimize liquidity. Leadership Mentor and develop finance team members. Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decisions. Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3. Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Key Competencies Strategic and analytical thinking. Strong leadership and communication skills.
