Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and business insights. Elicit, define and document business and functional requirements to ensure stakeholder clarity and alignment Map and model as-is and to-be business processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support product and strategic initiatives. Develop detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Assist with project management tasks, including project planning, tracking progress, and organizing meetings. Support the planning, preparation and documentation of workshops and stakeholder engagements. Manage and engage stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs and expectations. Maintain requirements traceability throughout delivery lifecycle. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, performance and usability. Perform basic data validation and data quality checks to support accurate outputs. Provide training and post-implementation support to end users. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical specifications. Assist with change management activities to support solution adoption and successful rollout. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Bcom Honours degree in Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field. Certification or exposure to recognised project delivery or business analysis methodologies (such as IIBA, PMBOK/PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum) is advantageous. Recent Bcom Honours graduate to 1 year of experience in business analysis, process modelling, data analysis, or a related analytical role. Ability to produce high quality work outputs such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, business reports and other written deliverables. Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and follow through to completion Ability to make rational, data-driven decisions using facts, logic and structured reasoning. Strong time management skills to meet responsibilities in a fast-paced and highly autonomous environment Critical thinking abilities to assess information, make informed decisions, and devise innovative solutions. Adaptability to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adjust communication style to suit different audiences and levels of seniority.
