Introduction We are seeking an experienced Metrics & Analytics Reporting Specialist to join our Investment Data team. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in data governance, investment workflowsand investment systems implementation. This role will work closely with local and global teams to ensure accurate, reliableand consistent investment data for performance, riskand attribution reporting across Equity, Fixed Incomeand Multi-Asset portfolios. Duties & Responsibilities Establish and lead best practices for stakeholder engagement across data, analyticsand insight teams Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of investment data across systems and platforms Develop and improve data transformation processes for reporting and visualisation Manage data collection, cleansing, merging, and automation processes Plan and oversee data migration from legacy systems to new platforms Collaborate with Technology, Data, Architectureand Investment teams globally and locally Support data governance processes to maintain data integrity and quality Assist with documentation of procedures and reporting processes Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements & Experience 7+ years’ experience in investment data analytics Strong understanding of investment front-to-back workflows Knowledge of Superannuation, Asset Owner, Asset Manager, or Multi-Manager environments Strong understanding of data governance principles including: Data quality Metadata Data lineage Data stewardship Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels Strong knowledge of financial markets and financial products Experience with: FactSet Bloomberg CRD State Street Alpha Exposure to modern data technologies including: Databricks AWS Azure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Preferred Qualifications CFA and/or CAIA Charter holder Progress toward CFA or CAIA qualification advantageous Package & Remuneration Market Related #J-18808-Ljbffr
