The role entails taking the Data Cloud value proposition to market, retaining existing business and growing market share. Requirements The Senior Cloud Sales Specialist needs to have a good handle on the Public Cloud platforms and at the same time can handle a clients hybrid cloud requirements and the various cloud migration strategies The individual will focus on selling cloud services which include consulting, migration, support and managed services. Works well with a team to help coordinate and deliver cloud solutions to clients that drive business outcomes Pushes the boundaries of knowledge in the area of technology and cloud services. Builds strong client relationships Meets deadlines and delivers solutions within budget and scope as required. Unique differentiator in our experience and expertise with Hyperscale Cloud Providers (such as Microsoft Azure and AWS) as well as traditional Data Centre OEMs (such as Dell Technologies and HPE). Follows up with customers and vendors to complete on-going sales activities, including follow-up Assessments, research on new opportunities, and other value-added services. The Senior Cloud Sales Specialist will work closely with strong team of Cloud Solutions Architects to work out the best solution and approach for each clients need. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field required 5 plus years of sales experience in the cloud computing industry preferred.
