Role We are seeking a Financial Manager to take full ownership of its finance function. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct accountability to the Managing Director and a dotted line to the Group CFO. You will lead a finance team comprising a Divisional Financial Supervisor and the Accounts Payable function, and serve as a trusted strategic business partner to divisional leadership. Job Requirements Own the full financial management function. Produce accurate, timely management accounts and reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive revenue and profitability analysis to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities. Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital effectively. Maintain a strong internal control and ensure full statutory compliance (SARS, CIPC, IFRS). Act as a credible and proactive financial business partner to divisional and group leadership Qualifications and Experience CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification Minimum 5 years in a similar senior finance role, with proven team leadership Shipping, maritime, freight forwarding, or logistics industry experience is a distinct advantage Key Attributes Commercially Minded: you translate numbers into business insight, not just reports.
