Full-time | On-site | Evenings-focused | Cape Town Club Kloof is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant on a full-time basis. This is a site leadership role. You will run the day-to-day operations of Club Kloof, lead the front-of-house team, own service standards, and ensure the restaurant performs commercially and culturally. Club Kloof is a design-led, high-energy neighbourhood restaurant on Kloof Street. We operate predominantly in the evenings and are known for strong food, sharp drinks and an atmosphere that feels social without being chaotic. We are part of Lucky Locals Club, a growing Cape Town hospitality group. The Role Leading and managing the full front-of-house team Owning guest experience and service standards Running evening service with control and presence Managing reservations, table flow and floor dynamics Overseeing events from booking through to close-off Stock control, ordering and supplier coordination Staff scheduling and labour management Working closely with the Group GM and owners on performance This is not a shift management role. You will be expected to take ownership of the site.
