As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects in the Commercial & Retail sector of the oil industry. Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing construction projects Coordinate and oversee construction activities Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Supervise and mentor construction workers Ensure quality control and resolve any issues or conflicts on site Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders Requirements 0-1 years experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials Knowledge in project management software and tools (entry level) Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: negotiable Training & Development Salary: negotiable.
