As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch to ensure its success and growth. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
