This role drafts paid strategy, builds and manages campaigns, optimizes performance, and delivers measurable outcomes. All paid strategy and paid captioning are drafted by the Campaign Specialist and submitted to the Account Director for final approval. This role is technical, analytical, and execution driven Role Breakdown by Percentage Draft paid social strategies aligned to business objectives Conduct audience research and segmentation Determine platform mix (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) Align paid approach with organic direction Submit strategy to Account Director for approval 2. Campaign Setup & Management – 30% Build campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Structure campaigns correctly (campaign / ad set / ads) Launch and monitor campaigns daily 3. Optimization & Performance Improvement – 20% Review performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) Adjust targeting, budgets, bidding strategies Troubleshoot underperformance proactively 4. Paid Copywriting – 10% Draft paid ad captions and headlines Write conversion-focused messaging Align ad copy with creative direction Submit paid captions to Account Director for approval 5. Reporting & Insights – 10% Compile weekly and monthly paid performance reports Extract actionable insights Provide tactical improvement recommendations Present findings to Account Director and clients 6. Social Media Market Research & Strategy Recommendations 5% Conduct in-depth research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to inform effective social media strategies (paid & organic). Analyse the client’s products or services to determine appropriate positioning, messaging, and opportunities within the social media landscape. Identify the most suitable (paid & organic) social media platforms and campaign approaches based on the client’s target audience, objectives, and industry dynamics. Develop strategic recommendations for campaign types and platform use to support both brand awareness and lead generation goals. Support the sales and onboarding process by preparing strategic insights and identifying opportunities to expand or upsell paid & organic social media for existing and prospective clients. 7.
