Job Description We are seeking professional, high-performance individuals with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to support our customer service team while fostering a positive, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and communicate barriers to performance/service delivery to operational leaders. Participate in regular meetings with team leaders and agents regarding efficiencies. Analyze data to enhance process improvements and share best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to schedules. Support team members and maintain product knowledge through call-taking. Take calls as required. Engage in development journeys including Agile training and quality feedback sessions. Train employees on systems and products when needed. Collaborate with Operations Support, Training, and HR to support new starter onboarding. Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years insurance experience. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong numerical, administrative, and organizational skills. Customer-centric approach, high attention to detail, and accuracy. Additional factors include engagement, communication skills, problem-solving, planning, risk and incident management, data analysis, stakeholder management, report writing, and attention to detail.
