Sales and Project Manager | Tanzania | Kitchen Solutions A fast‑growing commercial kitchen solutions provider is seeking a SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER to lead its expansion in the hospitality sector. This role blends business development, client advisory, and end‑to‑end project management – ideal for someone with strong kitchen operations knowledge and the confidence to manage installations from concept to handover. Location: Arusha / Zanzibar (with travel across Tanzania). Key Responsibilities Business development: Identify and grow new opportunities within the hospitality sector. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships. Proposal preparation: Prepare and present commercial kitchen equipment proposals. Project management: Manage projects from design through installation and final handover. Internal coordination: Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution. Operational advisory: Advise clients on kitchen workflow, efficiency, and equipment selection. Sales reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and achieve monthly sales targets. Requirements 3 - 5+ years hospitality experience; ideally as an Executive Chef or similar senior kitchen role. Experience in sales or client‑facing roles. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and workflow. Proven project management capability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel across Tanzania.
