Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function and monthly reporting process Prepare management accounts and financial statements Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Manage property-related financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements Oversee debtors, creditors, and treasury functions Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls Provide financial insights and support to senior management Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting / Finance Degree Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles advantageous 5+ years' finance management experience Property industry experience is essential Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience managing a finance team Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Desired Skills Property portfolio accounting Cash flow and treasury management Financial modelling and reporting Stakeholder management ERP system experience
