Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can act as a “Swiss Army Knife” creative—owning the end‑to‑end video production and post‑production process. This role is heavily focused on video storytelling, motion graphics, and delivering polished, high‑quality outputs across digital platforms. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and clients while maintaining creative excellence and consistency. Core Responsibilities Video Production & Editing – 50% Edit high‑quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact through strong storytelling techniques. Perform professional color correction and grading to enhance visual quality. Execute audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration. Deliver final outputs optimized for multiple platforms and formats. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects – 25% Create 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and visual elements. Design engaging overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems. Support explainer videos, promotional content, and social‑first assets. Collaborate on visual direction for motion‑based storytelling. Multimedia & Creative Support – 15% Develop supporting graphic assets for video and digital campaigns. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders on creative direction. Ensure visual consistency across all outputs aligned with brand guidelines. Project Ownership & Collaboration – 10% Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Participate in creative reviews and incorporate client feedback effectively. Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced production environment. Requirements Must‑Haves (Required) 5+ years of professional video editing experience. Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling, motion graphics, and post‑production work.
