The CC facilitates the application process by entering data into EF application systems, uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements, and serves as the primary liaison with applicants regarding progress, outcomes, and merchant account setup for building material acquisition. This role has a societal purpose of facilitating finance for housing development in South Africa and helps build-ware merchants expand their service reach and sustain growth. Solicit loan applications and promote EF offerings to buildware merchant customers. Enter applicant data into EF application systems and upload supporting documentation. Act as primary liaison regarding application progress, outcomes, and merchant account setup. Support community housing development and merchant sustainability. Job Requirements Matric certificate. Tertiary qualification advantageous. Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous. Basic computer literacy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
