This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels at creating structure, streamlining administration, and managing both professional and personal logistics. The successful candidate will act as a trusted “external brain,” reducing administrative friction and implementing systems that improve efficiency, clarity, and day-to-day flow. Experience supporting individuals with ADHD or a strong understanding of productivity will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Lifestyle Systems: Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for billing, home administration, scheduling, and ongoing maintenance. Digital Organisation & Prioritisation: Managing inboxes, files, calendars, and task flows to ensure urgent and high-impact items are clearly prioritised. Supporting the upkeep of a low-stress, high-functioning home and work environment.
