Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience in production supervision or management Solid understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance systems Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across the plant Perform and supervise maintenance, repairs and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment Ensure all machinery is operating safely and efficiently to minimise downtime Lead and support production and maintenance teams to achieve output targets Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and production-related breakdowns Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies Liaise with suppliers and contractors when required
