Location: Midrand Duration: 12 months Role Purpose End‑to‑end finance role covering financial operations and FP&A. Overall responsibility for all financial matters in the Group, setting forecasts, overseeing monthly financial reporting, statutory audits/reports, working capital and cash management, and maintaining an appropriate control environment. Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership Financial Planning Forecast business performance into the future Ensure inputs from all executives for financial planning Guide implementation of business strategy based on financial insights Financial Operations Oversee general accounting functions (payroll, tax, etc.) Ensure robust control environment delivering trusted, accurate and compliant financial information Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience Business leadership and transformation Commercial acumen Strong analytical skills Compelling communication and influencing skills Planning and organising Motivating and developing others Must have technical / professional qualifications B.Com Accounting honours degree / CA(SA) or equivalent At least 10 years financial management experience, preferably in a public enterprise ICT industry experience an advantage 5 years leadership experience Governance custodian ensuring all group policies, IFRS and Companies Act requirements are adhered to Review of financial policies and procedures Oversee technical accounting projects within the Group (e.g., IFRS15) Manage financial reporting: month‑end, year‑end, group finance Management Reporting Report to MD & Exco team on Group's key indicators for the month Statutory reporting Ensure finalisation of annual financial statements Manage reporting to external auditors Ensure CIPC deadlines are adhered to Control and Governance Ensure compliance with financial year‑end processes Operational Support Ensure support with the consolidation of financial results #J-18808-Ljbffr
