A large South African law firm that is recognized as a leader in property law and conveyancing is seeking a IT Training & Liaison Specialist who will bridge the gap between our technology stack and staff proficiency. Responsibilities Training Delivery: Design and lead high-impact training (1-on-1, workshops, and webinars) covering the Microsoft Office suite and bespoke internal applications. Needs Discovery: Partner with department heads to observe workflows, identify "pain points," and spot opportunities for automation or software optimization. IT Liaison: Serve as the primary feedback loop to the IT Department, translating departmental needs into technical requirements for updates or new tool acquisitions. Content Creation: Develop and maintain a library of accessible "How-to" guides, FAQs, and training modules hosted on the company extranet. Technical Onboarding: Standardize and lead the tech-onboarding process to ensure new hires are immediately proficient in our core software. Minimum Requirements Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience developing online/web-based training content. Strategic Communication: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Consultative Approach: Skilled at building rapport across departments to uncover efficiency gaps and manual "workarounds." Analytical Problem Solving: Capable of converting vague user feedback into clear, actionable recommendations for the IT team.
