Experience Required 25 years' experience as a Revit Draughtsman or BIM Modeller within an engineering consultancy. Experience producing structural, civil, architectural, or MEP drawings. Proven experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary project coordination. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM360 is advantageous. Required Skills Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency. Strong AutoCAD skills. Understanding of BIM principles and coordination processes. Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of South African construction and engineering standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
