We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to drive the execution of a fast-growing lifestyle brand’s marketing engine. This is not a pure strategy or creative role – it is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and coordination, ensuring that marketing moves seamlessly from concept to delivery. You will act as the central point connecting internal teams, agencies, creatives, and activation partners – ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Delivery Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and on-the-ground channels Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal and external stakeholders Ensure all campaigns move efficiently from concept to execution to delivery Stakeholder & Supplier Management Act as the key liaison between agencies, creatives, suppliers, and internal teams Manage briefing processes and ensure clear communication across all parties Ensure outputs meet brand standards and are aligned to objectives Content & Campaign Coordination Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent output across platforms Coordinate content production (photographers, videographers, designers) Ensure all creative work is on-brand, within scope, and delivered on time Activations & Brand Execution Coordinate activations, events, and in-market brand presence Ensure activation teams are prepared, aligned, and fully briefed Monitor execution quality and resolve issues in real time Budget & Performance Tracking Track marketing budgets and campaign spend Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance Compile regular reports on progress, outputs, and ROI Key Competencies Strong project management and coordination skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management High attention to detail and brand awareness Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment Requirements Minimum Requirements 4–7 years’ experience in marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (agencies, creatives, suppliers) Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and brand execution Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets Highly organised with strong attention to detail Preferred Requirements Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands Exposure to activations, events, or retail marketing Experience working with both digital campaigns and physical brand execution Familiarity with project management or workflow tools Benefits Work with a fast-growing, premium lifestyle brand High-impact role at the centre of marketing execution Opportunity to build structure and improve how marketing operates Ideal stepping stone toward a future Marketing Lead/Head role #J-18808-Ljbffr
