Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training needs within the organization. Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. Facilitation: Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics. Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. Requirements Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field Previous experience in HR training or a similar role Familiarity with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and motivate employees. Organizational Skills: Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
