Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 3-5 years of experience in workshop management, ideally in the off-road or motorcycle industry. Or must have ridden off road bikes as a hobby. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of off-road bikes, their maintenance, repair, and tuning. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with a track record of improving team performance. Customer Service : Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking abilities, able to prioritize jobs and manage time effectively.
