Will be responsible for pricing, risk management, product development and client engagement. The role is suited to a graduate keen to pursue a career in trading. Must have working experience (minimum 3 years) within a global market environment.**Job Description*** Grow revenue from client flow across various commodities, instruments and product* Maintain and expand on market share with focus on new clients and product* Ensure high quality client engagement, collaborating with immediate team as well as broader business to grow revenue* Providing accurate and consistent market commentary that drives impactful conversations both internally, and externally to brokers and clients* Constructive and proactive engagement with internal stakeholders (Trading, Coverage Banking, Origination, Operations, XVA Desk, Digital, Sales, Treasury etc.)* Accurately and timely pricing of flow and structures, both OTC and on exchange* Staying abreast of any regulatory changes that have an impact on how we conduct business and adapting to such changes* Work with relevant teams in E-commerce trading and QA to drive the digital asset strategy for the bank specific to commodities, ensuring market lead and seamless client experience* Ensure compliance to all internal policies, codes of conduct and external regulations* Solution minded attitude and positive contribution to the high-performance culture of the Global Markets business**Education**Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)*Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
