Responsibilities Apply, and further develop, a grounding in test automation by learning and using low‑code and no‑code UI‑based tools as part of your testing responsibilities Diligently record and monitor issues to ensure clarity and resolution, maintaining clear communication channels with development teams and stakeholders to expedite troubleshooting and fixes Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation as needed, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to support repeatability and knowledge sharing within the team Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to effectively resolve issues, provide critical feedback, and participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize problems based on impact and urgency Consistently track test progress in alignment with release schedules, prioritizing workloads efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising on quality or thoroughness Review test environments and processes to drive continuous improvements and uphold high‑quality standards, actively suggesting enhancements to test strategies and tools that align with evolving project requirements Support the team by providing accurate estimates for testing efforts, contributing to realistic project planning and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software products Test developed web applications against specified requirements across a variety of desktop browsers and mobile devices, ensuring cross‑platform compatibility and a seamless user experience regardless of environment Perform cross‑browser functional testing and maintain a strong command of bug tracking and reporting tools, with proficiency in writing detailed test cases Perform and review automated test scripts, preferably with Selenium WebDriver Requirements A minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on experience in QA, including testing web‑based applications and performing cross‑browser functional testing, with strong command of bug tracking and reporting tools and proficiency in writing detailed test cases Solid working knowledge of test automation, preferably with Selenium WebDriver Previous experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance testing effectiveness Familiarity with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) practices Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to think quickly and adapt under pressure to meet tight deadlines Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent organizational abilities Experience working within an Agile team environment Comfortable and efficient working across both PC and Mac platforms ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing We Value Diversity We champion and welcome diversity in our workforce and ensure all job applicants receive equal and fair treatment, regardless of age, race, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
