We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing and scaling a next-generation data platform that powers analytics, data science, and business-critical insights. You’ll: Architect and own end-to-end data solutions Work on modern lakehouse/warehouse architectures Influence engineering standards, governance, and observability Mentor a growing team and shape the future of data engineering What you’ll be doing Architecture & Technical Leadership Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms Define and enforce best practices across data modelling, CI/CD, and IaC Lead development of batch and real-time pipelines Drive standards for data quality, governance, and observability Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows Integrate data from APIs, third-party systems, and streaming platforms Manage orchestration, scheduling, and performance tuning Deliver curated datasets for analytics and BI use cases Quality, Operations & Ownership Ensure data reliability through validation, reconciliation, and testing Own production pipelines : monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution Implement observability by design (logs, lineage, metrics) Support automated deployments and post-release validation entor and guide data engineers across the team Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Product & Engineering teams Translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions Contribute to hiring, standards, and continuous improvement Requirements Must-have 10+ years in Data Engineering or similar Strong SQL expertise Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Power BI Proven track record building scalable, production-grade pipelines Solid understanding of data modelling and architecture patterns Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) Strong system design and problem-solving ability Nice to have Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub) Infrastructure as Code experience Exposure to ML/data science pipelines Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance Prior leadership or mentoring experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
