Assist passengers with pre‑ and post‑flight travel‑related queries in the customer relations department in German and English. Use airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in English and German; may include written correspondence. Receive fully paid product and systems training. Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments. Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain client service levels. Work in a demanding, time‑sensitive call centre environment. Requirements Native level fluency in German, including verbal and written skills (advanced level may be considered). Located in South Africa. Permanent residence permit or South African ID holder only. Excellent computer literacy and technical skills. No criminal record. Flexibility to work shifts. Previous customer service experience preferred. Employment terms and conditions Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum plus incentives and fully paid medical insurance. Full time, permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8–9 hour shifts per day. Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per year. Rotational shifts Monday – Sunday, including public holidays as operationally required; working hours may change depending on client requirements. Specific operating hours may apply depending on account allocated (to be discussed in interview stage). Training: 4 weeks (fully paid). Probation period: 4 months. Health insurance benefit paid by the company. Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost; wireless connections are not accepted.
