Job Purpose To provide a project governance operation to ensure minimum critical deliverables and project policies are adhered to by the project community. Report on project compliance; data integrity and financial project governance in order to provide a value-add service for the monitoring of projects. Job Responsibilities Conduct governance of project finances by monitoring project spent Govern, project work requests billing and recoveries by monitoring resource allocation Provide recommendation on data quality interventions Recommend and implement changes to improve and maintain data quality standards by analyzing the current organization systems and processes in terms of timeliness; accuracy; validity; completeness; consistency etc. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Organization Culture building initiatives (e.g. Staff surveys etc.). Achieve business strategy by participating and supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve or enhance processes by identifying and recommending improvements to tools; policies and procedures to add value to the organization. Add value to the organization by supporting the implementation of new processes, policies and systems. Control Project data by ensuring alignment to compliance requirements.
