The role sits within a collaborative BI team responsible for delivering insights across a diverse group of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of datasets and business challenges, giving you the opportunity to build end‑to‑end analytical capability. Responsibilities Analyse business and client data to generate meaningful, actionable insights Build, develop, and optimise reports and visual dashboards using modern BI tools Gather, clean, transform, and interpret data across the full data lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define data‑driven solutions Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across reporting outputs Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data insights Requirements Honours Level Qualification 3–4 years’ experience in a BI / data analyst role Strong experience working with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Experience working with relational databases and data modelling Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insight Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset Must be curious, questioning, and insight‑driven Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment Ability to balance speed with accuracy and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
