Communicate actions needed to implement the strategy and brand plans; inspire commitment across teams. Oversee effective creation, implementation, and maintenance of Media and Channel Integration strategies to achieve ROI and brand presence. Manage and optimise budgets to deliver against business objectives. Ensure integration of A&G, Virseker & Partnerships media strategy with the overall brand strategy. Manage stakeholders up to C‑suite level, leading engagement plans and collaboration with Marketing Managers. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers. Oversee media buying and partner relationships; negotiate service‑level agreements. Implement innovation processes and stay up to date with media market developments. Lead a diverse team, set objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions. Contribute to the digital marketing roadmap, enablement strategies, and capability building. Education Relevant 3‑year Business‑related degree/diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Media, or Advertising (Essential) Experience 8–10 years experience in Media or Channel Strategy environment (Essential) Experience in financial services (Advantageous) 3–4 years management experience (Essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
