A well-established manufacturing company based in Parow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their Engineering team on a 3-month contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on individual who is immediately available and has experience within a maintenance or production environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the planned maintenance system Schedule and monitor planned and preventative maintenance Manage maintenance requests and issue reminders to relevant stakeholders Generate and maintain maintenance reports Design maintenance schedules for new equipment Support the implementation and maintenance of CMMS systems Assist with stores stock-taking and inventory control Lead and support the maintenance team Ensure SHEQ compliance is maintained Minimum Requirements BTech / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 4–5 years’ experience in a maintenance or production environment Experience with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) advantageous Experience in site and building maintenance advantageous Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills Must be available immediately Additional Information Location: Parow, Cape Town Contract Duration: 3 Months Employment Type: Contract If you meet the above requirements and are available immediately, please apply online.
