Measurement of OEE spec (Centrifuges, packing plant, ETP, Candleplant, etc) Project work -ROI (cooling of margarine plant, reps vehicles, MHE, and any other projects which the business embarks upon) Performing detailed market research on commodity and currency and reporting weekly Split ASO PNL between Mobeni & JHB Uniformity of SHEQ framework across the group. Establish and enforce HSE policies and procedures to create a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement training programs with the teams to enhance employee understanding and adherence to safety protocols. Support Supply Chain on demand planning & warehouse packing efficiencies Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and transportation. Optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and implement inventory control measures to manage costs and meet customer demands. Oversee rebate registers for all sites Understanding, aligning and documenting the business plan by department with strategic alignment and configuration of KPIs to meet the plan Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Drive New Product Development projects by ensuring team collaboration Apply ABC costings for each segment of the manufacturing processes and replicate pockets of excellence In depth understanding of Data Management System (JHB) so that more value can be extracted from the analysis of whether we must replace or repair Automation (packaging on hand by location, crush margin calculation, live dashboard of stock i.e, seed, beans, meal, oil and profit projector) Customer PNL. Margin by SKU by customer, by rep. Geographical budget by SKU by customer Procurement functionality in SAGE, Minimum Order Quantity, safety stock, procure to pay Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements related to edible oil manufacturing. Collaborate with the quality control team to monitor product quality, investigate and resolve any quality issues, and implement process improvements
