Duties & Responsibilities Assist with SHEQ administrative functions and documentation. Support the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ policies and procedures. Assist with safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Help ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Maintain SHEQ records, reports, and incident documentation. Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, and staff awareness initiatives. Support environmental and quality management processes. Monitor and report on workplace hazards and non-conformances. Assist with incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups. Ensure that SHEQ files and compliance documents are kept up to date. Requirements Completed BSc Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a BSc in Environmental Sciences. SAMTRAC certificate will be advantageous. Recently graduated and seeking workplace experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team environment
