This is a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial sales role focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. You will build and manage your own property portfolio, generate leads, convert mandates, and guide clients through the entire property journey, from valuation to registration. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new clients and generate leads daily Conduct property valuations and listing presentations Secure and manage exclusive sale mandates Market and promote listings across multiple platforms Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers Guide clients through the full sales process to registration Maintain accurate client records Build and nurture a long-term referral network Stay compliant with property legislation and industry standards Minimum Qualifications (Full Status Property Practitioner) Applicants must meet the legal requirements to operate as a Full Status Property Practitioner in South Africa: Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Completed NQF4 Real Estate qualification (or equivalent) Completed PDE4 (Professional Designation Examination) Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Own laptop and smartphone Strong understanding of the property sales process Key Skills & Attributes We are looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and target driven Excellent communicator and negotiator Professional and client-focused Highly organised and disciplined Comfortable working independently Strong in networking and relationship building Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision Sales experience and an existing database will be highly advantageous.
