The Senior Gaming Risk & Performance Manager is responsible for driving performance insight and margin optimisation across the gaming portfolio (slots, table games, crash and other RNG verticals). The role combines performance analytics with structured risk oversight to protect and improve GGR%. Through deep analysis of game, supplier, and customer behaviour data, this position plays a critical role in shaping marketing focus, product prioritisation, configuration strategy, and future commercial negotiations. Gaming Performance Analysis & Optimisation Lead performance analysis across games, verticals, and suppliers, identifying drivers of GGR%, margin movement, and player engagement Produce structured reporting on game and supplier performance, highlighting both growth opportunities and margin risks Identify underperforming content and recommend actions including repositioning, reconfiguration, replacement, or supplier review Analyse RTP settings, volatility profiles, and player value segments to optimise overall portfolio performance Provide clear, data-led recommendations to improve portfolio mix and content strategy Commercial & Marketing Influence Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to guide campaign focus based on game and supplier performance insights Evaluate the performance impact of campaigns, bonus structures, and targeted incentives on margin and long-term value Provide evidence-based insight to inform content prioritisation, homepage positioning, and promotional alignment Support commercial discussions with suppliers by providing performance benchmarks, contribution analysis, and negotiation leverage Contribute to quarterly and annual supplier reviews with data-driven performance assessments Monitor customer behaviour to identify bonus abuse, RTP exploitation, arbitrage activity, or other margin-eroding patterns Work with Fraud and Risk teams to investigate and mitigate suspicious activity Develop reporting frameworks and early-warning indicators to proactively identify emerging risks Quantify financial exposure linked to behavioural or configuration-related risks and recommend corrective actions Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting Build dashboards and reporting suites that connect performance, margin, and behavioural risk indicators Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Finance Work with Product and Technology teams to improve tracking, tagging, and data visibility across the gaming portfolio Continuously refine performance measurement methodologies to ensure accuracy, transparency, and commercial relevance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field 5+ years' experience in iGaming analytics, gaming performance, commercial analysis, or risk management Demonstrated experience analysing GGR%, margin performance, and supplier contribution Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, RTP configuration, and gaming economics Experience influencing marketing or commercial decision-making through data insight Skills, knowledge and abilities Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of GGR%, margin drivers, and portfolio economics Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools, or equivalent platforms Strong understanding of slots, table games, crash mechanics, volatility, and RTP dynamics Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, commercially actionable insights Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Fraud, and Commercial teams High attention to detail with strong governance and control awareness Structured, proactive, and performance-oriented mindset Pension Fund (Liberty Life): Company-supported retirement plan with employer matching contributions Medical Aid (Discovery Health): Company contribution towards your monthly medical cover premiums Comprehensive Group Risk Cover: Includes life insurance, disability income protection, critical illness benefit, and funeral cover for you and eligible dependants, as per scheme rules Performance Bonus: Discretionary bonus aligned with individual impact and overall contribution Employee Wellness Programme (ICAS / October Health): Confidential counselling and holistic support services available to you and your immediate family Annual Leave & Birthday Day Off: 20 working days of annual leave per year, plus one additional paid day off on your birthday Work From Anywhere (10 Days): Up to 10 business days per year to work remotely from a location of your choice Hybrid & Flexible Working: This role follows a hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, structured around team and operational needs.
