Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets Drive sales performance and maximise dealership profitability Monitor sales processes and ensure compliance with dealership standards Motivate, mentor, and develop sales staff Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performanceEnsure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership Strong leadership and team management skills Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Traceable references Valid driver’s license Matric certificate Clear ITC and criminal record Salary & Benefits Basic salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (negotiable based on experience) Excellent incentive structure Medical Aid & Provident Fund Company vehicle and fuel allowance Location Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa #J-18808-Ljbffr
