Main Responsibilities Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, demand patterns, and market dynamics to directly inform forecasting and category planning. Demand Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts, seasonal plans, and replenishment schedules using the Blue Yonder system. Inventory Optimization: Optimize stock service levels, monitor inventory performance, and maximize category profitability. Reporting & Insights: Monitor supply chain execution, generate regular reports, and provide continuous insights to support strategic executive decision-making. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Digital Innovation: Leverage modern digital tools to drive operational efficiency and uncover new market opportunities. Minimum Requirements Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering MUST! Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in demand planning, category planning, or supply chain analytics. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable. Systems: Prior experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning systems is highly advantageous. Flexibility: A willingness to work extended hours during peak retail/agricultural seasonal periods.
